Late Arrivals

Due to the practitioner’s other commitments, a client who arrives late accepts that their session may be shortened according to the time of delay caused by their late arrival. The full cost for the treatment will still be payable by the client.

Cancellation 

If a client should miss or cancel an appointment without giving atleast 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will be payable by the client.

Rebooking 

If a client should need to rebook an appointment without giving atleast 48 hours notice, a  rebooking fee of 50% of the total fee will be payable by the client.

Payment 

Sessions are payable electronically by Stripe and is the preferred method of payment. Payments are to be paid in full when booking your Reiki session.

Reiki Treatment

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. We are not healthcare professionals, therefore all Reiki sessions received from practitioners at A REIKI VIBE are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. Only a licensed medical professional is deemed qualified to make any diagnosis or give treatment recommendation. 

Effect of Reiki Treatment

Reiki always works to serve the highest good of all concern. Based on this principle, a desired outcome may or may not result from a Reiki session. As the effects of a Reiki session is unique for each individual, the information and testimonials presented in this site is therefore a compilation of different clients’ personal and unique experiences and does not represent all Reiki experiences

Online Reiki Sessions

All online sessions are private and confidential. Sessions are held on ZOOM and OR PHONE . Your permission is asked on the day to use footage for promotional material which you have the right to refuse

Client’s Role

By booking and receiving a Reiki session, clients agree to accept full responsibility that they solely are in charge of their life journey, life choices, and transformation and agree to take complete responsibility for their own health and well-being, and for the decisions that lead to necessary shifts in attitudes, nutrition and lifestyle

Clients understand and agree that in order for healing to take place, several sessions is reccomended to support the healing process. While it is possible that one Reiki session can make a difference for your health, most long term imbalances were not created overnight and sometimes require multiple Reiki sessions in order to facilitate the healing process. Clients recognise that this process will take commitment and time. 

With any feedback and suggestions that is offered or recommended, clients are fully responsible for any decisions made thereafter, and agree that anything offered by the practitioner doesn’t come with any guarantees for the effectiveness or success. A REIKI VIBE i is not liable for the results of decisions made based on the provided guidance and feedback received as part of a Reiki session

PRIVACY NOTICE: No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18.

MEDICAL ISSUES: Treatments conducted by A REIKI VIBE are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment. At no time will a client be encouraged to stop medical treatment or reduce or change their prescription drugs without prior discussion with a GP or consultant first. It is also the client’s responsibility to consult with their GP and get approval before any treatments can commence. 

GUARANTEES: There are several complex factors influencing the success of individual therapy, whilst benefits are typically observed in the majority of cases, there can be no guarantees of success or cure in relation to a condition or its treatment.  While there are no claims for curing illness, many clients seem to experience inner peace, grounding and clarity as a result of undergoing this process. 

As part of her philosophy of personal growth and self empowerment, Angelah feels that it is important for Reiki recipients to know that they are participating in their own self-healing and that as a Reiki practitioner, she is just an aid to assist. The client has to be willing and open to heal and also has to take responsibility for their healing and learning journey
